Genoa has signed Gastón Pereiro to strengthen their midfield after Ruslan Malinovskyi's season-ending injury. Pereiro, a free agent with past stints at Ternana and Cagliari, aims to help Genoa recover from a poor season start. He previously scored seven goals and made three assists in Serie A with Cagliari and scored five goals in Serie B with Ternana. Genoa officially announced Pereiro's arrival.
