Nantes submitted a proposal to Krasnodar to purchase the contract of 29-year-old French winger Gaëtan Perrin. The offer was made through the agent of Douglas Augusto, who had moved to Russia in the same summer as Perrin. The bid consisted of a €1.5 million fee plus a potential €500,000 bonus contingent on the club avoiding relegation. The proposition from Nantes was unsuccessful, after which Auxerre increased their efforts to sign the player. This season in the Premier Liga, Perrin has made 12 appearances, scoring 1 goal and providing 3 assists. According to Transfermarkt, his current market value is €6.00m. Perrin moved to Krasnodar from Auxerre in July 2025 for a fee reported to be around €5 million, after Krasnodar had an initial €3 million offer rejected.
