According to Globo.com, Fluminense has announced the loan of left-back Gabriel Fuentes to Fortaleza. The agreement is a one-season loan that includes a purchase option.

Fortaleza has signed 29-year-old Colombian left-back Gabriel Fuentes from Fluminense on a loan deal until the end of the year. Fuentes is the club's 11th reinforcement for the 2026 season and had been with Fluminense since 2024. His contract with Fluminense runs until 31/08/2028. According to Transfermarkt, his current market value is €1.70m. The left-back, who has not been capped by Colombia, moved to Fluminense for a €1.0 million fee.
