Paris Saint-Germain's 20-year-old Brazilian defensive midfielder, Gabriel Moscardo, was a target for Spanish clubs Real Valladolid and Getafe. PSG also received offers for the player from Monza in Italy and Colônia in Germany. Moscardo chose a loan move to Espanyol, a decision made in agreement with the French club, which believes he will develop better in Spain. He is set to join Espanyol after a previous loan spell with Braga in Portugal. During the 2025/2026 season, he made 23 appearances in Liga Portugal for Braga. His contract with Paris Saint-Germain is valid until 2028, and he has one cap for the Brazil U23 team. According to Transfermarkt, his current market value is €7.00m.
