According to Globo.com, Santos is arranging to sign 25-year-old Brazilian midfielder Gabriel Menino from Atlético-MG on a loan deal. The loan will last until the end of the season, and the agreement will include a clause for a potential purchase for the São Paulo club. Menino joined Atlético-MG in January 2025, with his contract running until the end of 2028. He has yet to be capped by the Brazilian national team and has a current Transfermarkt market value of €6.00m.
