Inter are strong contenders to sign 25-year-old Gabriel Martinelli this summer, as his departure from Arsenal is now possible. The Brazilian international is in the final year of his contract and, despite an option to extend for another 12 months, the Gunners are open to offers. Arsenal were previously in talks to sell Martinelli to Galatasaray after a bid of around €45m was submitted, but the winger did not want to make the move; Arsenal were reportedly demanding €60 million in those talks. According to Corriere Dello Sport, Inter might seek to add one final player to their squad late in the transfer window, and Martinelli is considered a potential option. The winger, who has 27 caps and 5 goals for Brazil, joined Arsenal in July 2019 and has a current market value of €45.00m according to Transfermarkt. In addition to Inter and Galatasaray, several other clubs including Juventus, Roma and Atlético Madrid have been linked with a move for the player. A potential bid from Atlético Madrid was reported in July 2026 at around €70 million, while Arsenal's asking price in discussions with Roma was cited as €50 million.
