Fran Karačić, a 30-year-old right-back who holds both Australian and Croatian citizenship, has joined Lokomotiva on loan from Hajduk until the end of the current season. It is the fourth time the Australian international has joined the club where he started his professional career. He has 15 caps and one goal for his country. Karačić previously played for Lokomotiva during 2020-2021 and 2024-2025, became a Hajduk player in 2025, and was also on loan at Osijek last season. His contract with Hajduk expires on June 30, 2028, and his current market value is €600k, according to Transfermarkt.
