Romanian winger Florinel Coman, 28, is unhappy with his playing time at Al-Gharafa and is seeking to leave this summer. He joined the club in July 2024. His agent, Federico Pastorello, is attempting to arrange a move for him to Serie A. Coman previously had a five-month loan spell with Cagliari in 2025. Pastorello has persuaded officials at the newly-promoted Italian club Frosinone to take the player on loan for this season. If an agreement is reached between the parties, Frosinone would cover the Romanian's entire salary. The salary is reported to be €2 million per year. FCSB has also shown interest in Coman, but Gigi Becali was reportedly unconvinced by his recent performances for the national team. Coman has 22 caps and 3 goals for Romania. He made 15 appearances and scored 1 goal in the Stars League during the 2025/2026 season. His contract with the Qatari club runs until June 2027. His current market value is €3.00m, according to Transfermarkt. In December 2025, a loan offer from FCSB was reportedly rejected. The proposal was to cover €600,000-€700,000 of his salary.
