According to Bild, FC Köln plans to permanently sign several previously loaned players. The report states that sport boss Thomas Kessler will permanently sign Jakub Kaminski, Tom Krauß, Jahmai Simpson-Pusey, Felipe Chavez, and Kristoffer Lund. Kessler had secured the necessary purchase options for all of them, and the total cost for the players will be around €20 million for the club.

According to an initial report from transfer expert Fabrizio Romano, FC Köln is signing 18-year-old offensive midfielder Felipe Chavez from Munich. The Peruvian international, who had received several offers from second-division clubs, will initially join on loan. In the summer, Köln will have a purchase option for a mid-single-digit million amount, and it is said that Munich has a buy-back option. Chavez has trained regularly with Munich's first team and has made two brief Bundesliga appearances this season.
