Houston Dynamo of Major League Soccer has made Felipe Andrade's move from Fluminense permanent after exercising their purchase option on the defender. Andrade, who was on loan with the American club for seven months, will not be returning to Fluminense. During his loan, he initially featured for Houston's B team before being promoted to the main squad, where he became a starter and performed well, scoring four goals in 24 appearances this season.
