Faride Alidou Transfer from Kaiserslautern to Eintracht Braunschweig
Faride Alidou has joined Eintracht Braunschweig on loan from 1. FC Kaiserslautern, and the two clubs have also agreed on a purchase option.
Bild reports on 24-year-old German-Togolese winger Faride Alidou's loan move from 1. FC Kaiserslautern to Eintracht Braunschweig. One year after his permanent move from Eintracht Frankfurt, Faride Alidou is leaving 1. FC Kaiserslautern to join league competitor Eintracht Braunschweig on loan. Alidou had transferred to Kaiserslautern in the winter of 2025 for a small fee but did not become a regular starter. Sportdirektor Marcel Klos explained that although Alidou had put in good performances, both sides agreed that he needs more playing time to regain his full strength. Klos added that the club is convinced the loan will help Alidou achieve this and that they will follow his development closely. Alidou stated he is grateful to the FCK management for the opportunity, as more time on the pitch will be beneficial, and he wants to use his performance at Braunschweig to return as a stronger player. The former Germany U21 international, with 10 caps, has made 11 appearances in the 2. Bundesliga this season, scoring one goal and providing two assists. His current market value is listed by Transfermarkt as €1.00m.
