Elche have officially announced the signing of Facundo Buonanotte on a loan deal from Brighton & Hove Albion, according to Marca. Buonanotte has been brought in to reinforce the attacking midfield line.

Sporting director Mike Cave said Buonanotte is a talented young player who has continued his development since joining the club. Cave added that this loan offers the opportunity to play regular football in a top European league. The sporting director also stated the club's belief that the move will provide an excellent environment for the player to gain further experience, and that his progress will be monitored closely throughout the season.

It has been reported that a preliminary agreement has been reached between Elche and Brighton for the signing of 21-year-old Argentinian international Facundo Buonanotte.
