Portuguese centre-back Fábio Cardoso has been offered to São Paulo after Sevilla's sporting management informed the defender that he is not included in the new project. The Brazilian club, known as the Tricolor, is reportedly studying this possibility, although it is not the only option for the 32-year-old, who is also considering a return to Arab football. Sevilla, where Cardoso's contract runs until 2028, will facilitate his departure or contract termination, particularly as they did not pay a transfer fee for him when he arrived from Oporto last summer. The former Portugal U21 international played in 4 LaLiga matches in the 2025/2026 season and has a current market value of €1.50m, according to Transfermarkt.
