According to Sportal.bg, the management of Levski is close to securing a new contract with Brazilian forward Everton Bala. He has a principal agreement with the club to extend his contract. Everton has repeatedly stated that he feels at home at 'Gerena', and his situation is similar to that of his compatriot Maikon.

Levski will begin negotiations with their top scorer, Brazilian winger Everton Bala. The 27-year-old's contract expires in June 2027, but the club wants to agree to a new contract with the attacking player sooner. The reason for this is that upon the conclusion of the current 2026 season, he will be permitted to negotiate with another club for a free transfer the following summer. Bala, who joined the club in January 2025, has scored 15 goals and provided 5 assists in 26 league appearances during the 2025/2026 season. According to Transfermarkt, his current market value is €2.50m.
