According to Globo.com, a decision was made for the 34-year-old Brazilian attacker Everaldo to be loaned to Bahia. The decision was made on a Friday in agreement with the player, even though other clubs, including Coritiba and Athletico-PR, had contacted Fluminense's management to sign him. Everaldo had joined Fluminense from Bahia in February 2025 for a reported fee of €700,000. His contract is set to expire on December 31, 2026.
