Peterborough United have signed Walsall defender Evan Weir. The Irish full-back joins Peterborough United on a three-year contract after Walsall did not offer him a new deal.

Peterborough have agreed a deal to sign Walsall's 24-year-old Irish defender Evan Weir, who will join on a free transfer once his contract expires next month. Weir joined Walsall in January 2024, and according to Transfermarkt, he has a current market value of €300k.
