Ermin Mahmić, a 21-year-old attacking midfielder from Bosnia-Herzegovina, is joining the newly-promoted Turkish club Çorum from Slovan Liberec on a four-year contract. The agreement includes a transfer fee for Liberec that could reach 5 million euros, in addition to bonuses and a resale percentage. Reports in August 2026 claimed the deal was for a base fee of €4-5 million plus €1 million in bonuses. Before finalizing this move, the player had received interest from several other clubs. PAOK was in discussions to sign him, but the negotiations were unsuccessful. Celtic, Salzburg, Basel, and Toulouse were also reportedly among the interested clubs, but the player rejected them.
