Both Trabzonspor and PAOK have submitted proposals to Malmo to acquire 26-year-old Erik Botheim. A tweet from Anel Avdic reported that both clubs have placed bids for the Malmo FF player and are attempting to sign the Norwegian before their respective transfer windows close. The interest in the forward follows his performance this season, in which he has scored ten goals and provided three assists. The Norwegian international, who has two caps for his country, joined Malmö in February 2024 and has a contract that runs until the end of 2027. Transfermarkt estimates his current market value to be €3.50m.
