VfL Wolfsburg and clubs from abroad are said to have made an inquiry for 24-year-old Turkish-German winger Eren Dinkci. According to 'Sky', 1. FC Heidenheim is also reportedly considering a return for him. Dinkci is not satisfied with his playing time at SC Freiburg, which he joined in July 2024, where recent injuries have also limited his role, and consequently wants to leave the club in the winter. In the current Bundesliga season, he has made 8 appearances without scoring a goal or providing an assist. A loan was recently under discussion. He is yet to be capped for the Turkish national team. SC Freiburg reportedly paid SV Werder Bremen €5.0M for Dinkci, and his current market value is estimated by Transfermarkt at €6.0M.
