Chelsea and Arsenal are monitoring Rangers defender Emmanuel Fernandez. Scouts from Stamford Bridge are observing the 24-year-old. Fernandez joined Rangers from Peterborough for a £3.9m fee last summer. Both Premier League clubs are considering bids for the player. Some of Europe’s biggest clubs, such as Bayern Munich, Dortmund, Leverkusen, and other Italian clubs, were interested in him in January, but a potential move was rejected.
