Napoli is considering Emil Holm, a 25-year-old Swedish right-back from Bologna, as an option for the right flank because their pursuit of their primary target, Juanlu Sanchez of Sevilla, has not progressed. The issue with the Sanchez deal is its structure. Napoli wants a loan with an option to buy because of financial constraints, while the Spanish club requires an obligation to buy.
