According to the Italian journalist Fabrizio Romano, Liverpool have reached a verbal agreement with El Hadji Mor Talla Ndiaye. Ndiaye is a young, left-footed Senegalese central defender. The English club has not yet made the transaction official, but the signing appears to be imminent.

Liverpool are close to completing agreements for two stars from the recent Under-17 World Cup. The club could sign Senegal defender Talla Ndiaye immediately, with Austria's Ifeanyi Ndukwe set to arrive in the summer.
