West Ham United announced the signing of Senegalese international El Hadji Malick Diouf. The 20-year-old left-back joins the Hammers from Slavia Prague, where he played a key role in winning the Czech Republic league title last season. The transfer fee is approximately 22 million euros, which could rise to 25 million euros with bonuses.
