Eduardo Tercero reached an agreement with the Tigres UANL management to terminate his contract. Tercero Méndez's contract had six months remaining. Since the player had not been active and was not considered for the Apertura 2025, they agreed to terminate the contract early. The player is now free to look for a new team.
