Edgar Sevikyan Transfer from Ferencváros to Akron
Akron Tolyatti has loaned midfielder Edgar Sevikyan from Hungarian club Ferencvaros. The loan agreement lasts until the end of the 2025/2026 season and includes a buyout option. The club's press service announced the transfer. Sevikyan will arrive in Tolyatti soon after international duty with Armenia.
Edgar Sevikyan, a 24-year-old Armenian winger from Ferencvaros, is on the verge of transferring to the Russian club Akron. The clubs are discussing a loan deal valued at €250,000, with an option to purchase for around €1 million. The negotiations, which are in their final stage, are being managed through journalist Ivan Karpov's Telegram channel. It was reported that discussions had started well before Akron's forward, Artyom Dzyuba, suggested the need to enhance the team's lineup. Akron aims to strengthen their squad with several new players this summer, including positions like winger, right-back, central midfielder, and possibly another full-back. Sevikyan is contracted with the Hungarian club until June 2028, and his current market value is estimated at €2 million by Transfermarkt.
