Mundo Deportivo reports that Catalan defender Edgar González, 29, has become Sabadell’s tenth signing for their return season to LaLiga Hypermotion. González joins the Nova Creu Alta on loan from Almería. Last season, he was also on loan from Almería, playing for Hadjuk Split and subsequently for Andorra, where he made three appearances. A club statement indicated that he is expected to provide experience and quality to Ferran Costa’s team. He has previously played for clubs including Betis and Oviedo during a career of over 200 matches. His contract with Almería expires on June 30, 2027, and his current Transfermarkt valuation is €800k.
