Colorado Rapids, MLS club DC United, and Swedish side Malmö showed an interest in Lokomotiva's 23-year-old Montenegrin winger, Dušan Vuković. Dinamo Makhachkala submitted an official offer for a €300,000 loan with a €600,000 purchase option. Lokomotiva rejected the bid. It was reported that Vuković was not against the transfer. The club values him at €1.1 million plus a percentage from a future sale. Approximately six months earlier, Gaziantep, Rijeka, and Olimpija had also considered signing him. In the 2025/2026 domestic league season, Vuković has scored 3 goals and provided 2 assists in 18 appearances. The uncapped international has a Transfermarkt market value of €800k. According to reports from June 2025, an offer of €700,000 from Olimpija Ljubljana was rejected, and Lokomotiva's asking price at the time was €1 million.
