Panathinaikos is considering a move for Drissa Camara. Camara is a 24-year-old Ivorian midfielder who plays for Gaziantep and also holds an Italian passport. Due to his performances in the Turkish league, he has attracted interest from multiple clubs. It is reported that alongside Panathinaikos, Besiktas and Trabzonspor also have a high level of interest in the player ahead of the summer transfer window. Camara's contract with Gaziantep runs until the summer of 2028. He joined the Turkish club on a free transfer in September 2025 and has been capped twice by the Ivory Coast at the U23 level. His market value is estimated by Transfermarkt to be €3.00m. It was also reported that in January 2026, Gaziantep requested €8.5 million for his transfer.
