Panathinaikos is seriously considering Dominik Kotarski. The new coach of Panathinaikos, Jakob Neestrup, is very familiar with Kotarski from their time together in Denmark and understands how to maximize his abilities. Panathinaikos wants to finalize the agreement by June 15 so the new goalkeeper can be in Athens before the first physical tests. Kotarski previously spent three years at PAOK, which has resulted in him having complete knowledge of Greek football.

Panathinaikos considers Croatian international Dominik Kotarski its primary goalkeeping target if the club does not re-sign Odysseas Vlachodimos. His current club, Copenhagen, is asking for €4.2 million for him, one year after paying PAOK €5 million for the player. The same management offices that handled Taremi's move to Olympiacos are promoting the potential transfer, and Kotarski is contracted to Copenhagen until June 2030.
