Sources indicate that Dutch club Ajax is one of several teams interested in 24-year-old Croatian striker Dion Drena Beljo, alongside Portuguese clubs Porto and Sporting, and fellow Dutch side Feyenoord. Representatives from Brighton, an eighth-placed Premier League team, are reported to have watched Beljo in three recent games, although no official talks with Dinamo have occurred. It is also noted that Brighton's coach and Beljo share the same agent. However, any sale will not take place until after Dinamo completes its European qualifiers. Beljo, who has two caps for Croatia, joined Dinamo in July 2025 and is under contract until 2030. His current market value, according to Transfermarkt, is €4.00m, though in April and May 2026, multiple reports suggested Dinamo's asking price was approximately €20 million.
