Athens Kallithea is in advanced negotiations to acquire Dimitris Metaxas from Finnish club Oulu. The 21-year-old Greek defensive midfielder has been playing for Oulu since February 2024 and has made 20 appearances, scoring one goal in the Finnish league. Prior to his move to Scandinavia, he had 33 appearances with Volos in the Stoiximan Super League in Greece. This transfer would mark his return to Greece and strengthen the Greek element of Athens Kallithea's squad.
