There are ongoing talks regarding a contract extension for 29-year-old Belgian centre-back Dimitri Lavalee, whose contract is expiring. Michael Parensen stated that an agreement is not currently foreseeable. Lavalee made 14 appearances in the Bundesliga during the 2025/2026 season and has a current Transfermarkt market value of €1.50m. Standard Liège has been linked with the player.
