Diant Ramaj leaving Borussia Dortmund?

Diant Ramaj, currently with Borussia Dortmund, expressed his need for regular playing time in an interview with Sport Bild. He is not interested in being a benchwarmer at Dortmund and is open to another loan move as the best solution. However, a return to FC København on loan is unlikely. Ramaj's ambition is to join a club in a top-5 league and play European football.

Diant Ramaj, currently on loan to FC Copenhagen, is not interested in returning to Borussia Dortmund to sit on the bench. He has expressed a strong desire to continue playing regularly and prefers to be loaned again, ideally to a club in one of Europe's Top 5 leagues that competes internationally. He is under contract with Borussia Dortmund until 2029 and is looking for a suitable loan destination in the coming weeks.

Diant Ramaj, who transferred from Ajax Amsterdam to Borussia Dortmund and was immediately loaned to FC Copenhagen, is seen as a potential future first-choice goalkeeper for Dortmund. However, another loan to a club participating in European competitions is planned for him to gain high-level match experience. If Kobel leaves, Ramaj is ready to take over.

Diant Ramaj, who lost his starting position at Ajax to Remko Pasveer, moved to Borussia Dortmund during the winter transfer window for a fee of 5 million euros. Dortmund immediately loaned him to FC Kopenhagen for the second half of the season. Dortmund is open to extending the loan if FC Kopenhagen is interested in a longer collaboration. Dortmund sees potential in Ramaj and plans to integrate him into their squad in the summer of 2026. Until then, they prefer to loan him to a club that plays European football.
