Denys Kuzyk Transfer from Kryvbas Kryvyi Rih to LNZ Cherkasy
The midfielder Denis Kuzyk has changed his club and will continue his career at LNZ Cherkasy. The official terms of the contract and the deal amount are not disclosed, but according to Sport.ua, LNZ paid around 700,000 euros for the player. Kuzyk joined Kryvbas in August 2023 and played 61 official matches in all tournaments, scoring 7 goals and providing 6 assists. Kryvbas thanked Kuzyk for his fruitful cooperation and wished him all the best in his future career, as reported by the club's press service.
Denis Kuzyk, a former player of Dynamo Kyiv, is set to continue his career with LNZ Cherkasy. Well-known Ukrainian journalist Igor Burbas reported that the club and the 22-year-old midfielder have reached an agreement on the transfer. The details regarding the transfer fee and the duration of the contract have not been disclosed. Kuzyk spent the 2024/25 season with Kryvbas, where he played in 30 matches, scored two goals, and provided two assists. His market value is estimated to be one million euros. LNZ Cherkasy successfully avoided relegation to the First League and did not participate in the play-off matches, finishing 12th in the league standings with 31 points under Roman Hryhorchuk's management. Following the conclusion of the season, the club announced the end of their partnership with Hryhorchuk, and Vitaliy Ponomarev from Lviv's Rukh was appointed as the new head coach.
