It is reported that Widzew Łódź has competition from Anderlecht in the pursuit of David Douděra.

Anderlecht is reportedly looking for a right-back and is interested in David Doudera from Slavia Praag. The 28-year-old defender is also of interest to American club DC United. Doudera has indicated a desire to move abroad following a conflict with his club's management. The eighteen-time Czech international has scored two goals for his country and was active once at the recent World Cup. He has a contract that runs for another two years, and his market value is estimated by Transfermarkt to be €3.5 million. He joined his current club in July 2022. In the 2025/2026 domestic league season, he made a combined 219 appearances across all stages, scoring 22 goals and providing 28 assists.
