Darko Churlinov Transfer from Kocaelispor to Cracovia Kraków
Cracovia's director of scouting, Jarosław Gambal, stated that the club would like to have North Macedonian winger Darko Churlinov, 25, in their team. Gambal expressed that he would be very pleased to have a player with Churlinov's profile, highlighting how the player demonstrated his ability in offensive duels and dribbling while at Jagiellonia Białystok. However, Gambal confirmed the move is not feasible for financial reasons, explaining that based on his understanding, the financial terms of the player's contract make a transfer unrealistic for Cracovia. Churlinov, who previously left Burnley to join Turkish club Kocaelispor, has recently been linked by the media with a potential return to the Ekstraklasa, with Widzew Lodz and Legia Warszawa among the clubs mentioned. The North Macedonia international, who has 38 caps and 5 goals for his country, has made 11 Süper Lig appearances for Kocaelispor this season without scoring or providing an assist. In June 2025, Burnley's asking price was reportedly €2.5 million, while his most significant recent transfer was in August 2022, when he moved from VfB Stuttgart to Burnley for a reported €3.5 million. His current Transfermarkt market value is €1.5 million.
