Although Dortmund would like to keep the 24-year-old, it is suggested a transfer could be facilitated by his desire for a Premier League move, with the German club potentially open to a sale for €35-40 million. Liverpool may face competition as Arsenal and Inter Milan have also been linked to the player, while Bild has separately reported interest from Arsenal and Leeds United.
