According to Bild, Peretz received an offer from Stade Brest with the prospect of a starting position but rejected it in favor of joining Hamburger SV.

Daniel Peretz is under contract with Bayern Munich until June 2028 but is in the sights of Brest. He was previously linked with PSV Eindhoven, but that move failed. He is valued at 3 million euros by Transfermarkt. In addition to Brest, Genoa, Hamburg, and FC Metz are also interested in the Israeli international, who has 7 caps and stands at 1.90m tall. Despite his ambitions to become the number one at Bayern, several clubs are keen on securing his services. However, HSV is currently not leading the race for his signature.
