If this deadline passes without action, the contract automatically renews. This renewal is believed to be inconvenient for APOEL due to financial difficulties in covering its terms. Should Mancini become a free agent, Aris may attempt to re-sign the player, who is familiar with the club and previously played for Panathinaikos after leaving Thessaloniki.
