He has decided to leave Barça and will sign a four-season contract, officially joining the club on July 2, 2026. The Croatian press highlighted that Rodríguez chose the Croatian league club despite receiving a call from Osasuna in recent weeks. He was also linked with Lazio, Tottenham, Mallorca, and Valencia. The transfer fee was reported to be €600,000. Barcelona's initial asking price was said to be €1.5 million in July 2026.
