Sport.ro reports that U Cluj is making efforts to extend Dan Nistor's contract. Radu Constantea stated that they were in advanced discussions to extend for another season, and that while their contracts expire in 2026, they had already initiated discussions which were advanced for an extension for another season. Dan Nistor has been offered a contract extension by U Cluj for one more season, until 2027.
