Southampton are in talks to sign Canadian striker Cyle Larin as a replacement for Adam Armstrong, who appears to be leaving after Wolves agreed to a £7m deal with £2m in add-ons for him. Southampton are trying to be active before the transfer window closes tomorrow night. Larin, who is 30, is currently on loan at Feyenoord from Mallorca, and Southampton are working on a deal for his transfer. The striker has 87 caps and 30 goals for Canada and has made 8 Eredivisie appearances this season, providing one assist. It was reported that Mallorca signed Larin for €7.5 million in August 2023. His current market value is estimated by Transfermarkt at €3.50m. Valencia was also reportedly interested in a loan deal during the summer of 2025.
