Christian Kouamé leaving Fiorentina?

Tuttomercato provides an update on Christian Kouame's situation at Fiorentina, reporting that he has returned to group training after over 5 months out due to an anterior cruciate ligament injury. There is speculation about whether Fiorentina will try to sell him in January, as his contract is considered expensive and he was not in the club's plans as of last year. He was previously loaned to Empoli.

Christian Kouamé is difficult to place due to his high salary of 1.7 million EUR net per year and a knee injury suffered in April. Fiorentina considers him surplus and aims to reduce their wage bill.

Tuttomercato reports on the injury setback affecting Christian Kouame's transfer prospects. Christian Kouame suffered a cruciate ligament injury last April, making any transfer discussions impossible until at least January.
