Aris has submitted an official bid to Fiorentina for 28-year-old Ivory Coast international Christian Kouame, and talks are in progress between the two clubs for the transfer. The centre-forward joined Fiorentina in September 2020, has a contract until June 2027, and has made 2 appearances in Serie A so far this season. Hellas Verona and Cagliari are among several other clubs that have also been linked with him. According to Transfermarkt, Kouame has a current market value of €2.50m. Fiorentina's asking price was reportedly at least €7 million in January 2025, and Maiorca was reported to have made an offer in the €6-8 million range in July 2024.
