Bologna is willing to increase this to 800,000 euros plus bonuses. The main issue is the contract duration, as Lykogiannis wants at least a two-year deal, while Bologna prefers a 1+1 year contract based on appearances. Lykogiannis is considering staying, despite interest from Greek clubs such as Panathinaikos, AEK Athens, and Olympiacos.

Bologna renewed Charalampos Lykogiannis's contract for an additional season on June 14th. In the upcoming spring, the club will evaluate whether to extend his contract for another year.

In the case of Charalampos Lykogiannis, the Bologna-based company boasts an option for renewal, which is not currently known to have been exercised.
