Carlos Algarra Transfer from Beroe to Raków Częstochowa
The owner of Beroe, Hernan Banato, turned down an offer from the Polish club Raków for the Spanish midfielder Carlos Algara. Raków had expressed serious interest in the 25-year-old player. However, there was a notable gap between the two clubs' valuations. Raków was not prepared to offer more than 750 thousand euros for Algara, while Hernan Banato was seeking at least double that amount, as he considered Algara to be one of the most important players for the team over the past year and a half. Algarra's contract is due to expire in June 2026, and his market value is estimated by Transfermarkt to be €600k. Besides Raków's interest, the Bulgarian club CSKA 1948 Sofia has also been associated with the midfielder.
