Rayo Vallecano is reportedly interested in Santos Laguna's Mexican goalkeeper Carlos Acevedo and has submitted a formal offer of two million euros. The Spanish club's interest is reportedly due to the need to find a new goalkeeper after Augusto Batalla suffered a fractured tibia. Acevedo has spent his entire professional career with Santos and is under contract until June 2027.
