FC Nordsjælland has announced the signing of 31-year-old Finnish goalkeeper Carljohan Eriksson, who returns to the club where he was under contract from 2023 to 2024. FC Nordsjælland bought Eriksson out of his contract with Sarpsborg. Football Director Alexander Riget stated that Eriksson was the club's first priority to sign after it became clear that Jakob Busk would be injured for a significant part of the autumn.
