Bremer Transfer from Juventus to Real Madrid
Real Madrid have reportedly withdrawn from the pursuit of Juventus and Brazil international defender Gleison Bremer, with Liverpool and Manchester United also keen on the player. According to a report from Defensa Central, the 28-year-old was on a list compiled by Madrid's chief scout, Juni Calafat, who was impressed by the player's attacking style and ball-handling skills. However, the club has decided against a move because they are unwilling to pay the €60 million (£52.4m, $70.3m) fee for a player of his age. With several teams in England, including Arsenal, Manchester City, and Chelsea, also said to be seriously evaluating a move and willing to pay that sum, Madrid has reportedly given up on the signing. Bremer's contract with Juventus runs until June 2029, and his market value is currently estimated by Transfermarkt to be €50 million.
