A final agreement was reached with the Greek club Aris for 26-year-old Croatian centre-back Boško Šutalo, although Italian Serie A club Monza, managed by Ivan Jurić, was also mentioned as being interested. The player's club, Standard Liège, was reportedly looking to remove his high salary. The deal with Aris is a one-year loan that includes a purchase option valued at 600,000 euros. Šutalo, who has 19 caps for the Croatia U21 team, is under contract with the Belgian club until 2029. His current market value is estimated at €2.00m by Transfermarkt; this is a decrease from the reported €4.0M fee paid for his transfer from Atalanta to Dinamo Zagreb in July 2022.
